Our services
My Kept Home matches Colorado families with trained house managers who help with household tasks such as tidying, errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, organizing, and similar home support. We do not provide childcare, babysitting, or medical care. House managers are not responsible for the supervision or care of children.
The specific schedule, hours, and pricing for your service are set out in your service agreement with us. If anything in your service agreement differs from these Terms, your service agreement controls.
Pricing and billing
Services are billed at the hourly rate shown on our website or in your service agreement, charged monthly. Plans are month to month and may be cancelled as described in your service agreement. Prices may change with advance notice.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your home and needs.
- Provide a safe working environment for your house manager.
- Tell us about pets, hazards, or special instructions ahead of time.
SMS / text message terms
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, through the chat on our website), you agree to receive text messages from My Kept Home about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer care.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
